This is a condo. We were traveling & closed everything, Returned and there was mold or mildew everywhere: sofa, appliances inside and outside, also I think in the ceiling fascia and we’ve had water by a column. We need to identify the moisture sources. We cleaned the sofa and appliances. When we use the mini split the wall get wet and some walls. We need you to open safely
the small place with the column and the fascia in the hallway which shows some gray spots. Would like a quote.
