The glass surfaces are approximately 32,741 square feet in total.Service Requirement: The contractor will provide comprehensive window cleaning services for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) Administrative Building. This includes:
Cleaning all windowpanes, horizontal concrete overhangs, glass roofing structures, and other glass surfaces.
The cleaning involves both the inside and outside of all glass surfaces.
The scope covers areas like the south elevation windows, window roofing at the entrance, the rotunda's glass roofing structure, and window exterior panels of the
